Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager.
Responsibilities:

Prepare Cost Plans
Prepare and Manage the production of Bills of Quantities
Prepare Contract Documentation
Prepare Monthly Valuations and Cost Reports
Attend Client / Site Meeting
Final Account Agreement and Reconciliation
Manage Contract Claims
Prepare RFT’s and analyse tender submissions
Prepare and monitor project cash flows
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Ensure client relationships are enhanced to maximise on current and future opportunities
Attend Client meetings and carry out site visits

Description:

Brennan Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager.

The successful candidate will interact with clients working both independently and as team lead, as the requirements of the project dictates. The role requires excellent cost control, procurement, contract administration and Client relationship skills.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will take ownership of a wide variety of project types, (both private and public sector), manage a project team and provide support on other projects where necessary.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and will have;

At least 7 years’ relevant experience

A clear focus on successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage relationships effectively

A track record of working to tight deadlines whilst managing conflicting demands and priorities

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
Responsibilities:

Cost management of a wide variety of private and public projects

Description:

 Ambitious and self-motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager required for a successful, well-established and expanding Professional Quantity Surveying / Project Management Practice. Due to continued growth we currently require a highly motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to work within an existing team Structure. 

 
The successful candidate will gain valuable and wide ranging experience by supporting Senior Team members on multiple diverse projects in a structured manner to develop their career to Senior level. A strong principal of teamwork exists within the practice where there is a strong emphasis on the use of Technology to constantly improve on service delivery.
 
The successful candidate will ideally have approximately 4 years post graduate experience, be highly motivated with strong communication, IT and reporting skills.
